"Very good property. Rooms were big. All amenities were very good. Did not care for being charged to park a car. Thought that was ridiculous especially renting 4 rooms."

"Couches in room were dirty. You could see the stains. Bed sets stained. One room was full of mold/mildew on wall and in bathroom. The guy at the desk was helpful but I was over it when I seen mold. So I didn't stay. Waiting on manager to get my refund."

"Liked: quiet, big room. Didn't like: odd odour in room, got locked out of our room and attendant was away from desk, hassled us about BW points because we booked through Expedia."

"Pros - quite possibly the best breakfast i've had in a hotel in years. Conveniently located, tucked in a corner near the airport. Clean rooms, quiet. Cons - no USB connections, so bring a charger base. It IS an older property, so the room does feel a little dated, but that's just a minor detail. Overall, the value is here, and I would stay again in a pinch."

"The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly."

"The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set. The pool was dirty and the a.c in the lobby was not working which was hot, but did not affect our room. Everything else was good."

"The property is under renovation and we were not informed of this. No restaurant in the hotel, the "breakfast room" was make-shift. We opted out of breakfast because of this. In room coffee options need better attention and updates. Mine were tea instead of coffee. these things are understandable considering the remodel, however it would have been good to know this ahead of time."

"It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote"

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."
