This is, perhaps, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The air conditioning didn’t cool very well, and thank goodness there was a microwave in the breakfast area, because the food was cold. "One elevator (of two) was not working which meant a long wait for the one operable elevator. The microwave in my originally assigned room was not working. As a result, the only option was to change rooms which was very inconvenient. The person at the front desk was generally uncooperative regarding the microwave issue. None of the local tv channels in San Antonio were accessible. In general, I would not recommend this property for travelers staying in San Antonio. "

"This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around."
