"They are renovatiing the property so some allowance should be made. That said, the property is tired and needs updating. The flooring under the window was soft so there maybe some water intrusion or a lot of condensation from the HVAC. We had a room that had a connecting door. The guests next door were either very loud or the walls are thin as we were able to easily hear and understand their conversation. We had an evening event and decided to wait until after we returned to request a new room but to our surprise, it was quiet. The $5 parking charge is just a pure money grab and ridiculous given that cars seem to be broken into at this place fairly regularly. Hope the renovation cures some of the ills at this property."

"I was there for five days nobody ever came to my room to dump the trash give me clean towels or clean the bed or make the bed. I went down to the front desk six different times she said that they were gonna send somebody up. They never sent nobody up. The pool was closed never opened back up. The staff was unbelievably rude. I will never stay at this place ever again."
