"My husband and I frequently go to San Antonio for family activities and shopping. We prefer to stay at a hotel, and Embassy Suites Airport is our favorite. We always request a king bed suite, but we have realized we now need an accessible shower. We also want a room that is not on the highway side of the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel last weekend, we were greeted by Angela. She was very friendly and efficient. When I requested the accessible suite to be on the preferred side of the hotel, she immediately fulfilled our request. We're very happy with this overall staff and service, and delicious breakfasts with an outstanding chef."
