"Great place to stay close to San Antonio Airport!"

"The stay was nice and smooth. There was a lady working the breakfast bar who was very stand-offish with me, while I attempted to get coffee. This was 7am, and it seems she definitely started her day on the wrong foot. Other than that, everything else was smooth. Please consider employing staff who are actually morning people. No one wants to wake up and deal with nasty attitudes!"

"First off the elevator and the hallways smells like weed and I had to tell them to get it taken care of. The front desk are pretty nonexistent after 1am and the gym is closed at that time until 6am. The walls were cracked and peeled and doesn’t look very pleasing. Lighting was bad and their lamps were old."

"Had a lovely stay, the rooms were roomy, my son and I loved the breakfast, affordable but feels fancy :) most hotel pools are nasty, this pool was wonderful and clean and the hot tub actually works! I will definatly be come back with my other children!"

"Upon arrival, I found blood stains on the bed sheets, and the towels appeared dirty and previously used. I contacted staff and requested replacements for multiple items; however, even the replacement sheets and towels did not appear properly cleaned. This created serious concerns regarding sanitation and housekeeping practices at your property. In addition, there was a significant buildup of lint and debris inside the air vent, which appeared to be a potential fire hazard and demonstrated a concerning lack of maintenance and inspection. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and unsanitary. Guests should not have to question whether bedding and towels are properly cleaned, nor should they be exposed to possible safety hazards during their stay. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed, as well as appropriate compensation for the unacceptable conditions experienced during my stay."
