"5/5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had a fantastic time at this property yesterday. From the exact moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and informative.The property itself is huge and absolutely beautiful. It is exceptionally clean and fully loaded with every single amenity you could possibly imagine. We also needed to do some laundry during our stay, and the guest laundromat on-site was immaculate and worked perfectly."

"When we checked in late after a long day of driving, our room had a bag of trash outside the door, black ants in the shower floor and bathroom, and the TV audio would go in and out so you could not watch a show. "The airport shuttle was prompt and the drivers were courteous and helpful. Front desk employee Jose Solorio was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The person who was checking me in immediately told me that even with a reservation, my room was not available! Jose stepped in, re-checked the computer and found a room for me immediately. Also told me the person who initially checked the computer was training. I was very relieved Jose was there to help me."

"I never complain and I’ve stayed in some sketchy places before but this hotel was absolutely terrible. There were so many cockroaches I couldn’t believe how many there were in the room when I woke up the cockroaches had crawled on me. The room was covered in graffiti, smelled, and there was spilled red paint in the bathroom. There was a group of men drinking alcohol and partying all night I could not sleep. This place needs to be condemned."
