"The property is massive! I had no idea and they booked us in a room about a mile away, it seemed. My sister is in a wheelchair and it was a bit of a nightmare to get to the room and then think about getting back down to catch the Shuttle in the morning. I went down and talked with a very sweet lady at the desk and she moved us to a room in the main building and got us a shuttle to the airport in the morning. I was so grateful! We ended up staying in the exact same room on our way back home, which was lovely. Front desk, staff and all of the Shuttle drivers and porters were amazing!"

"I had a great stay! My first impression when I walked into the room was how clean it smelled. Everything was clean, organized, and in its place, and I had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were also very helpful and made my experience even better. The location is great, especially if you want to explore Capitol Hill. There’s plenty to do, and I think the area is especially great for college students or anyone who enjoys a lively, youthful environment. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it!"
