"Had a excellent stay at the Level a month ago. There was a booking mistake from my end and realized that i had booked for a smaller space than what i actually needed and realized only at the time of check-in. A special shout-out to Jeroom, the manager, who assured me ,that she would make sure that i could get accommodation i wanted, despite being told earlier by the staff that none was available due to the World cup crowd. Couldn't be more happier with our stay at the Level, because of the caring nature of Jeroom. Wishing her all the best and i can assure that i will choose the Level every time I'm in Seattle:) Thankyou! Best"
The Paramount Hotel

"The hotel is centrally located to many fantastic restaurants local eateries & bars, in addition to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Din Tai Fung. The Paramount Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the Central Market. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. My primary issue was with the availability of hot water in the shower. Hot water came out nice and steamy in the sink, but when I wanted to shower or fill the tub up for a soak, the temperature of the water that came out of the tub faucet was lukewarm and at the very hottest just warm. That was the most frustrating part of my stay. I even changed rooms and still encountered the same water issue. And despite having wholesale engineering address the issue, it was never adressed to my satisfaction. That is the primary reason this hotel gets four instead of give stars. And although I know it was an unfortunate mechanical issue beyond the control of the hotel, only one of the two elevators were working, so the wait on the elevator was a little frustrating."

"We were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff upon arrival. They even offered warm chocolate chip cookies, which were especially appreciated after a very long day of driving. We had originally booked a different room but decided to upgrade for an additional $20. Upon doing our usual spot check with a black light, we were somewhat surprised to find that the 2 two older hotels we had stayed at just prior, appeared to be much cleaner. That said, the room itself was very spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room to relax. We also enjoyed a meal at the restaurant downstairs. One thing we couldn’t help but notice was that we were seated separately from the main dining area, while other guests who appeared more casually dressed were seated there. It left us with the impression that appearances may have influenced seating decisions, which was disappointing. Thankfully, Johnny, our server, completely changed the tone of our evening. He provided what can only be described as five-star service. His enthusiasm, efficiency, and genuine friendliness made our dining experience memorable. He consistently checked to ensure our needs were met and even took the time to engage in a pleasant conversation, asking where we were from and getting to know us a little. His hospitality was outstanding and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Johnny, for helping make our 40th Anniversary celebration more special. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed."
