"Overall, a very good experience with the Boylston Hotel. Clear information on check-in and accommodation for travel with more luggage, not needing to use the stairs. Room a bit cramped, and hanger on the wall looked like it wouldn't hold much weight."

"Good value, very clean but our room was a tad dated. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The location was the big selling point for us. We took the light rail train from the airport to the hotel. The Westlake station is very close to the hotel. We are seniors with rolling luggage and found it all manageable using our phones for directions."

"Very welcoming staff and nice room. This is not a luxurious property but the staff was more hospitable than many other more expensive properties I’ve stayed. The neighborhood is a little gritty - so that’s the trade off for the great price. I’d definitely return."
