"Room was nice, clean, comfortable. The front desk staff were different - asking our every move, the Keurig cups are kept behind the desk (customers have to ask for them), and they did not treat the other staff very kindly - more than once and in front of several of us having breakfast. Restaurant (Gronks) next door is a good hamburger place."

"We were able to check in a little early, which we appreciated. The room was a standard hotel room with a wonky sitting area that was too crowded to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great - super small area, out of food, out of coffee, crabby employees trying to get through, no seats available...
We were part of a group, and others were given a room where the thermostat didn't work. The hotel knew about it when renting the room, never sent someone to fix it after being informed, and...

"Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!"

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff was welcoming. We walked out the door and were on the board walk.
Absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was good with a variety of food selections. My reason for 4 stars is that our room felt damp. We had to have the AC running all the time. It was a hot, humid day in Duluth so maybe the AC just couldn’t keep up with it."

"We stayed here just for the sauna. It did not work. There was no thermostat to see what the temperature was. We had to turn it on and wait more than 1 hour for it to get somewhat warm.
