"Very vibrant welcoming foyer with lovely customer service throughout the place especially buffet breakfast had excellent customer service in the area. Our room although needs attending to with mould in sealing of shower unit & cracked unattended tiles. Would of been great to have extra toiletries in our room like toothbrushes etc instead of asking front desk for them. Also our phone in our room had no connection so we couldn't order room service. Over all a nice place to stay."

"Loved our stay here and prior to checking in I had asked if we could have a room that overlooked the runway as my teenager is an aviation enthusiast. I think we had one of the best rooms on the 7th floor (10/9/2026) as we looked over arrivals and departures - thank you!! The room was faultless and the beds very comfortable. Bathroom excellent and the room has a separate toilet which is the first time I’ve come across one. We ordered room service (pizza and Caesar salad) and both we excellent. Can’t fault The Pullman Auckland Airport and hopefully get to stay again one day."
