Hotel murah di North Shore

"The only thing I did not like, they would not cancel our reservation, because I had gone through Expedia. And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau."

"La chambre où on a couché, il n'y avait pas assez de crochets pour mettre nos manteaux et il n'y a pas de garde-robe mais pour 2 soirs c'est correct. Ce qui nous a manqué c'est que c'était impossible d'avoir du réseau avec leur site de l'hôtel. On avait beau cliquer sur O-SUITES, on a fermé-réouvert beaucoup de fois comme on nous l'a suggéré sur nos tablettes et aussi à la réception de l'hôtel mais rien n'a fonctionné. J'ai appelé 2 fois la réception et la 2e fois la dame m'a dit qu'elle...
