"Bar staff rooms "

"No hot water in shower. Maintenance (who was super friendly and helpful) tried to fix the problem but did not…switched to a different room and also no hot water in shower. Staying for work which is overnight. Got back to hotel at 8am on checkout morning and asked for a late check out. Was told “uh we don’t really do that here.” Ive stayed at this location many many times over the past decade and definitely have had late checkout. Eventually gave me 1pm checkout only to have housekeeping come into my room and wake me up 2 minutes after original check out time. As I mentioned I’ve stayed here many times because it’s convenient for my work. I have always had a good experience at this hotel…hoping this was just a one off situation"

"Comfortable bed and quiet space, great air conditioning. Location is within walking distance of lots of great places to eat. Neighborhood vibe is eclectic and cool, parking provided with easy in and out valet service."

"Best breakfast. Overall stay at the hotel was excellent"

"Only stayed 1 night. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was limited to bagels and coffee.in the small lobby. However, Cassandra recommended a selection of restaurants for dinner on the night of our stay. It was a short walking distance. Excellent food. The only downside was other guests who sat close to our door during the night, talking. They were not terribly loud but it was disturbing and kept us awake most of the night. This was not under control of the management. We would recommend requesting a room away from other guests. We would stay again and would love to try the pool and outside sitting area. Cassandra was very helpful. "

"The hotel is nothing like what you see on the pictures. The elevator floors were broken, Cleaning staff ONLY come once every 3 days. The rooms were not perfectly clean. Water clogging at the bath. Small rooms, broken digital clocks. Old TVs connected to cable that did not work. Pictures can be shared upon request. I didn't experience the outdoor pool. When asked for to extend for a day, I was told to book it online via 3rd party - as it was cheaper. The way it was explained seemed like they did not want to do it."
