"This hotel needs to be renovated desperately. It’s a great location, lovely staff. Nice coffee shop, but the rooms are deteriorating. Great rooftop bar. It has all the bones of being a great hotel but it will require a multimillion dollar investment."

"It is a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and couch. It should be noted that the directions are complex for parking and just entering the building. Parking is extremely difficult to find. It is also a party district but we were there during the week and it was quiet. I absolutely adored the space though once settled."
