Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown

"We were a family of three traveling with a 4 year old. They let us check-in early due to the events going on that weekend. The room was quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

Hyatt Place Pittsburgh-North Shore
8/10 Good
"Their “snack” and drink selection was subpar. If you don’t want to cross the river into downtown be sure to provide many of your own snacks and drinks as there aren’t any options around the hotel, and the hotel knows that and charges premium pricing. The rooms are clean, a bit out dated but clean nonetheless. The staff were always helpful, and friendly. There was someone who seemed to be training as she was unfamiliar with anything going on but was still very kind and pleasurable to deal with. The property states on here that a member of the staff enter every room at least once every 24 hours. We spent two days and never had anyone come to our room. Which is fine, unless you run out of something and need to go down and request something. Overall, a great stay, will be staying again in the future Let’s Go Bucs!"

Etage Executive Living

"Considering me and my partner traveled 6 and a half hours and got to our destination we were met with terrible customer service. So first impression wasn’t great we already wanted to leave that same night. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude, condescending, and short with us. She was quick to rush paperwork without thoroughly explaining everything regarding billing details. She was vague and preoccupied with her personal phone call. Upon arriving to our suite we already saw minor issues wrong with our room. The blinds did not work there was no string to draw them up and they were drawn all the way down to the floor . They sent a ticket to maintenance and they never came during our stay. So needless to say we weren’t able to see our room city view which we payed for. They do not do housekeeping in our room daily only upon request which would’ve been nice to know when trash started to pile up. They don’t provide extra toilet paper we had one that was half used when we entered our bathroom we had to call for some. We had a faulty remote control so we couldn’t really watch tv. Not even info regarding WiFi or channel directory. Me and my partner were already confused regarding billing details so it didn’t help to have a general manager that came off defensive at first upon asking to speak to a manager after the receptionist was rude to us. As if we were being difficult when we weren’t given clear answers at first."

Pittsburgh Marriott City Center

"Everything was great Desk staff was especially helpful. "

Residence Inn by Marriott Pittsburgh North Shore

"Elevators in hotel were malfunctioning all weekend. Had to walk up and down 10 flights multiple times. No hot water in shower (overheard many guests saying they experienced the same). "

The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino
10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast buffet was pretty good, hotel was pretty clean."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh North Shore by IHG
8/10 Good
"The room was small, but clean. The bathroom had a slight sewage odor and I could not determine where it was coming from since there were no visible signs of waste. The thermostat was inoperable, but maintenance promptly came out and the problem was resolved. The check in clerk was friendly. Parking was convenient, though it should have been better if it were included in the hotel fees.Overall it served the purpose for a one night stay. There are other options with similar pricing so I will likely explore the other hotels in the vicinity if I decide to visit Pittsburgh again."
