We also checked out early due to sickness, I had to contact Expedia to see about reimbursement for one night. "Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. "

"I have a service dog, I contacted the hotel when I made the reservation and provided the required information. At checkout in the staff did not want to check me in because they are not a pet friendly hotel. I stated my dog was a service dog, and told them it was preapproved, but I still got attitude for having a dog. "The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. "
