"The rooms were cute and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shampoo and amenities were nice brands. It is right in the city, so it was quite loud, and the elevator wasn't working. That was a struggle the first day, but they got it fixed by our second day. I would have loved this hotel if we had a refrigerator to keep things cool, which was a little tricky since it was so hot outside. Even having water provided in the hotel would have been helpful. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The location is great for sightseeing, and you are definitely right in the heart of downtown Chicago."
