"The room was clean and the perfect location to watch the river get dyed. Because we were there for St Patricks Day, the elevators were a huge problem to get down from our room so ended up taking the stairs. This is not the hotels fault by any means. There is a small restaurant and bar. We only got drinks from there. The decor was great and we were so comfy in our bed. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The property didn't had WiFi connection in rooms. Contacted them for support as we were visiting there from another country and WiFi was must for us but they said cannot help you in this case. All of sudden, got a call back with a promise that the WiFi will start working in 40 mins which eventually did start working after more than 4.5 hours of waiting. Requested an extra blanket but again they didn't show up. Had to go to front desk after an hour to get the blanket myself. Air conditioning...
