"Not a good experience. I was unable to shower for most of my stay. 1st night - no cold water 2nd night - no hot water 3rd night - no water at all Every time I called reception about it, the responses were dismissive “we know, we’ve called a plumber”. The bed, whilst ok comfort wise, had ill-fitting sheets that revealed bare foam rather than an actual mattress, a headboard that moved if you sat up against it, and I woke with a number of bites. "Stayed here a few times now and like it a lot. The staff is great, it’s easy to get to, great for parking, clean, and you can even walk to a great view of Stonehenge if you’re up for a wander. Breakfast is excellent and dinner and drinks are good in the common area. Great place."

Lovely interior tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful fabrics for curtains, chairs, cushions etc. My room was clean, modern, smart and a decent size, but lacked a proper chair. There was a tiny stool with no back. So only place to watch TV was while sitting on/in bed. I enjoyed the in room coffee maker, which included a decaffeinated option. "Stopped her overnight on return home after ferry to Portsmouth. Staff helpful with some last minute requests. Room a bit small but well equipped. Could do with more space for belongings if staying for more than one night. Lovely to find fresh milk left outside room for us to use in morning. Very good, wide, choice at breakfast. Had meal in evening food good, just disappointed that dish I chose was not available."
