"Charming castle / hotel. Lovely well sized room. Gorgeous grounds. Public areas (hallways, restaurant) a little tired albeit an old building, could benefit from decoration."

"Jaiden in reception was excellent !! Very helpful when our TV was broken and got us a new one and go it tuned in. Breakfast was very good but otherwise the food was very average and expensive for what it was !. Parking was expensive at £10 per day on the promenade and no parking available for me at the hotel. No changing rooms available for the pool, one of the reasons we chose this hotel so not very impressed with that as received no emails prior to coming about this. Thank you"
