"絕對是美好的住宿經驗，迎賓飲料及點心令人驚艷，設施、泳池令人開心享受。 美中不足的是： 1.飯店email告知到Express怡豐城時，出示入住信即可兌換入島車票，實際上櫃台要求conform number，但飯店並未提供。雖然最後爭取到車票，但非常折騰。 2.Imbiah Station到飯店拉行李距離較遠、入口較難找。飯店使用預先在線上辦理check in，但使用經驗不夠理想，應該從使用者角度思考，提供更充分的抵達指引才是比較重要的事。飯店也試著使用AI輔助諮詢機器、自助領房卡等，可惜並未增加便利性，徒增緊張。對於度假旅館而言建議盡可能使客戶感到輕鬆為宜呢。"

"No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am The ice maker on 6th floor both broken Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30 The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...
