"Super friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty.
Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago."

"Recent overnight stay, easy parking at Q Park located at back of Hotel and discount rates given.
Rooms, clean, good amenities.
Staff friendly and informative.
My only criticism would be the timing of breakfast, this was till 10.30. In all other places the end timing of breakfast means you can not enter after this time but this meant all hot plates and drinks machines were switched off.
Head of staff did advise this would be happening at 10.30 but we felt unable to relax or to have a final hot...
