Just as we were about to check in, they said the room couldn’t accommodate 4 guests and they couldn’t provide an extra cot. They advised us to cancel the booking. After traveling for almost 3 hours, we ended up having to book a room at a Holiday Inn instead."

Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed.
