"The phones in the rooms didn’t work, we had to keep making trips downstairs from the 4th floor to communicate or receive items and orders: They only provided toiletries and towels for 1 of 2 travelers. The pillows had a strange smell. And finally, one of the main reasons for booking this particular room (406) was because of the advertising of 2 balcony’s , which were not accessible because locks were in place ,even upon request. The front desk informed us that it was for our own protection, Wow…...
