"This hotel is extremely run down! We didn’t have hot water for our stay and we were told there was nothing the could do. No room change no money back nothing! Our key card never worked our phone never worked we paid for breakfast while booking then they tried to charge us again while eating. Terrible hotel!!"

"Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. The sink had no hot water. The shower faucet had a constant drip, and the whole thing was shaking with inside the wall. The sink also had a very slow drain to it. I did inform the woman at the front desk at checkout of these issues, and she said that she would notify the manager and have them contact me which no one ever did. As I was walking out with my kids, there was a gentleman mopping the floor, and wasn’t too pleased that we walked on his wet floor as we were walking out. To some degree, I can understand his frustration but at the same time I would not be mopping the floor, literally at the busiest time of the day which would be checkout time. There wasn’t exactly anywhere else for me to walk either. Breakfast was…. Meh "

"Hotel is nice, room was clean. Unfortunately we stayed in the 2nd floor and could hear noice from dining area beneath us early in the morning and noise echoing from the 1st floor reception area late at night because of balcony opening from 2nd looking down to 1st floor. The surrounding area is fine, many of the restaurants arent open very late. Several quick sightseeing options within walking distance. "

"Breakfast was great, drink card & appetizers are a plus! I am upset booked the hotel for the pool area, and since there were so many parties taking the pool up back to back. We were only able to get a 45 min time slot for the entire night at 8pm! Other than that everything else was great as usual. "

"The room was not as clean as it should be; lots of dust. Mildew was in the shower in the bottom around the seams. The floors got my socks dirty. The staff were wonderful. Michael and Crystal at the front desk were amazing. Michael is a waiter there. Everyone but a cook were great."
