"It cannot get any Better than this Place. The room was spotless. The view was intense. The detail to the experience is twice over Disney. Payton took care of my family with security that was very appreciated. These 4 I would Hire/Recruit from universal in a heartbeat."

"My room was spotless and comfortable. I only stayed about ten hours so unfortunately I didn't get to use any of the resort amenities. Although I checked in online it still took over 20 minutes on property to get my key (this is actual time with a representative, not a line). I think I would stay here again if the opportunity was to present itself. "
