"I felt that because I made my reservation with hotels.com I was like a second class citizen. When I called to request a quiet room on a high floor I was told that they could not promise me a room till I showed up. When I arrived promptly at the appointed check-in time I was told that all of the upper floor rooms were taken and I would have to take a room on the ground floor. One other item of note is that there was no good way to darken the bedroom as the blinds were not of the kind that kept out a lot of light and there were no shades on the door or windows. So we woke up at dawn both days we stayed there."
Four Seasons Island Resort

"We enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Island Resort. This resort is in a unique and beautiful setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the view from our balcony. Because the golf season is coming to an end, the restaurant/bar was not open, but we plan to stay again in the future so that we can try more of the amenities."

"What a peaceful stay. Since our stay was in October we were lucky enough to experience a more relaxed Door County as well as the delightful autumn planters and decorations on the grounds. Very lovely. We made the most of the breakfast buffet both mornings and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the offerings. A return visit next fall has been discussed."

"I requested a first floor room near the pool because I was traveling with an elderly legally blind man and meeting with a client with mobility limitations. Our room was instead at the top of the stairs and Dad got lost on the elevator. If the hotel can’t accommodate the need, the guest should be notified at the time of booking. Breakfast was great, though."

"The room was amazing, the bed was super comfortable. My room was right off the elevator which was good and bad. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay. I never left the room except to check out. Great get away for quiet time with my gf."

"Overall, this is a great place to stay for a couple or small family. Pretty tight space. It would have been fine for family of 4 with elementary age or younger. It's possible there are much larger rooms. Loved that they had lots of places to hang towels. Bathroom had a nightlight and enough towels. The location is in the heart of Egg Harbor so it's perfect. Overall nothing fancy, but very nice."
