"We had a terrible experience with our hotel, the room itself is dirty with random nicotine packets on the floor, hair and blood on our pillows and bed, the sink and bath tub kept back flowing after every use, our room door was randomly opened after we got back to our room, the staff was not helpful at all, they wouldn’t help in anyway, with our stay we felt unsafe and unsatisfied."

"After a twelve hour drive, when I arrived at 6PM, all I wanted was a clean bed to lay down on. The lobby AC was broken and at yet even at 95f, the doors into the back courtyard was wide open. There was a line at the check in counter where one woman just sat there and the other seemed to be very overwhelmed. When I got to the room, the doorhandle was broken. Not the keypad, the doorhandle. I was unable to access the room and so I went back downstairs to ask for another room. Walking past rotted...
