"Hôtel à éviter. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant. J'avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits, mais ils m'ont donné une chambre avec un seul lit et ils n'ont pas voulu corriger leur erreur. J'ai appelé Expedia pour qu'ils essaient de faire le changement, mais la personne à la réception leur a raccroché au nez. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et il n'y a pas eu de service aux chambres. Il fallait aller à la réception pour avoir des serviettes propres ou d'autres rouleaux de papier de toilette,...

"I really enjoyed my time in Albuquerque at The Imperial. The staff was more than friendly professional and polite. I liked the vintage style of the rooms and the color scheme. It reminds me of our hotels at the beach Jersey shore. I loved the Dive bar on the premises and the choice of 3 or 4 different takeout eateries onsite as well… Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely visit The Imperial again. "
