"The checkin was easy and smooth. The apartment was outstanding and had plenty of glasses, dishes and plates for multiple meals. The combo washing machine/dryer was awesome to have. The only issue was the reservations needed for the sauna area from 5-8 which we missed out on. "

On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants."
