"シングル２室、ツーイン１室の３室を予約したが、シングル１室だけしかなく代わりにツーインを紹介されたが断り、ツーインに補助ベットを入れてもらった。 後日、３室分の引落しがあった事をカード会社の清算書で知った。 このような時はどうすればよいか。"

"Great property a little on the expensive side in comparison to other available properties. The room was great, spacious, comfy bed. Bathroom was really nice. Pool was closed but hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking."

"It was nice to have a place to walk around, and a kitchen to use. We did utilize the laundry facility and got in the hot tub one day. The facilities were very well kept up. It was a nice place to stay while we enjoyed all of the surrounding towns. -Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is tired but kept clean and in good repair. Breakfast included with stay is very good with eggs, waffles and all the accompaniments. We will stay here again when we are in Cottonwood."

"Very close to the Grand Canyon, breakfast was good but same thing everyday."

"great stay had no issues. Room was spotless and staff was friendly. Would stay again especially for the price. Area was quiet and slept peacefully"

"My wife and I loved this hotel. We stayed in Carriage House #3, which was wonderful. The hotel is a wonderful historical place, is super-cool, and in a great location. I love old places with history - and this one is a beauty. Friendly, welcoming staff and such great history!"

"Very nice, new feeling tiny home. We rented both sides and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and be able to shut the door between parents and children. Couldn’t get the WIFI to work. Clean and quiet. But bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. None of the upper windows have coverings."

"The floors in the rooms were horrible. I had water coming out of the air conditioning unit."

"We have stayed here many times over the years while traveling back and forth from Texas to California. The location is beautiful. The rooms are quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and accommodating. A big plus for us is that there are pet friendly rooms available. Excellent breakfast buffet!"

"It was an older property, but still great."
