"We loved our stay at the Blue Heron - Christine was so nice and the breakfast was amazing! Beautiful neighborhood, walkable and filled with historic homes and great restaurants."

"The breakfast and the chef were awesome! But the room is not what you see in the pictures. I stayed in room #6 “with balcony” (balcony can be occupy by another guest, it is not private). The room is extremely small. And the A/C is not controlled within the room. You will depend on the central A/C of the whole property and the room was not cool/cold. Hard to sleep when you don’t have a comfortable temperature. Location is great! Parking 2 blocks away."

"We have stayed at this property in the past and were pleased each time. This visit proved to be a different experience. When we arrived, no staff appeared to be on premise so, my wife called a switch board and was told that our room keys should be on the front desk. They were there, so wanting to drop off luggage we took the keys and went to the room. We were allowed to park at the temporary parking lot across the street. The other surprise was that the next morning again no staff were on-site...
