"The property was very nice and the staff was very very friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say I was unhappy with was the bathroom in our room. I don’t know if all the rooms are the same, but there was no countertop space whatsoever to really put anything and no shelving in the shower to put toiletries. It was not very practical. "Great stay, I went in the off season so they were working on the downstairs area and it appeared to have flooded because of the non-stop rain storming. The elevator was having issues, which required a stair climb, but staff jumped on it and fixed it quickly. In spite of the conditions the staff did a tremendous job of keeping the hotel clean, welcoming, and hospitable. The food at the restaurant and the drinks at the bar were fantastic, so I didn’t have to go out in the rain looking for good...

"Beautiful view!! Walking distance to Pier Park and beach! Ordered in room service, had the best tasting burger and Parmesan fries. Definitely will visit again! The free breakfast was delicious! The omelette was superb 😁"

"I enjoy the amentities in the beautiful, clean Lobby with the helpful and pleasant staff. The room was spacious and clean and had a side ocean view over the courtyard which was beautiful to awaken and see. I would definitely return and enjoy this property again. The staff added to a pleasant stay. Everything was convenient, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was also very over the top! No complaints and I have stayed at many hotels."
