"The main restaurant was nice but the food choices were lacking. The Buffet Breakfast you get with package is ok But not much to it. Scrambled eggs, bacon sausage. Hash browns. Gets old pretty quickly. It would be better if the offered al a cart with package"

"Our room overlooked the beach and we had an unobstructed view near the elevators and it was really nice. Weather was perfect and as long as we didn't travel into Panama City Beach we weren't bothered by the riff raff "

"My stay was disappointing from the start. I arrived early due to an early flight, hoping to check in, but the front desk told me my room wasn’t ready and to check back later. I did, had lunch/took a walk. Despite multiple attempts, I was told it wasn’t worth coming back again, which felt dismissive, especially since I’m 7 months pregnant with back pain and needed to lay down. I was hoping they'd contact housekeeping and prioritize a room, but that initiative didn’t happen. When we finally checked in at 3:50 PM, the outlets at the desk didn’t work, forcing us to use inconvenient outlets by the bed. There was also hair in the shower, leaving a poor first impression. Throughout our stay, our room wasn’t cleaned daily. One day, after the beach, I returned to an unclean room. When I tried to speak to the cleaning staff, I felt ignored, and on another day, I politely asked for cleaning, but the staff turned away and seemed dismissive. There also seemed to be two supervisors in a room that housekeeping was working on that ignored me and were sitting inside on their phones. Overall, interactions with staff were negative, and it was misleading to learn that beach chairs and umbrellas weren’t included and had to be rented separately, adding unexpected costs. I had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, it was not up to expectations. I do not recommend staying here."
