"The riverview suite was really nice, there were just some minor stains on some of the furniture. The staff were really helpful and friendly, they just seemed overworked and understaffed. It turns out there was some highschool sports team staying there at the same time, and so the breakfast in the morning was gone by the time we got down there. The cook did make more omelets which were pretty good. Overall it was a pretty good stay, just a few minor hiccups that could have been avoided. Again cant state enough how great the staff was with everything."

"Breakfast was delicious - eggs, sausages, croissant or English muffins, cereal, pancakes - the works. Much nicer than the "Continental" breakfasts many hotels have. Hotel staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and the staff member even upgraded us to a room with a hot-tub! (This was GREATLY appreciated after I got us lost on a hike and we ended up walking over 7 miles for 6 hours while birding, and our sore muscles NEEDED that hot soak!) The room was clean and quiet.
