Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all."

"We rented a stay with CozySuites through Expedia from Oct. 3-5. We did not receive the code for the room ahead of check-in from CozySuites as promised. Upon arrival, we had to call to attempt to fetch the code ourselves. We spent over an hour on the phone, most of the time on hold, while they shared code after code as not one of the four codes worked. "The property was very nice however one of the bedrooms reeped of pet urine. I contacted them several times. They promised to send a handy man by but never did. We stayed 4 days. We could not use the second bedroom due to the order. They have not responded as of todax."
