"This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in, and the room rates aren’t bad at all. Hotel is clean, staff are nice and helpful, rooms aren’t dated, and you are in walking distance of some great local restaurants and shops."

"We loved the trendy vibe of the hotel — everything felt stylish but still cozy. We ended up eating most of our meals right at the hotel and honestly, the food didn’t disappoint. Service was consistently great, our bed was super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a relaxing and tasty stay!"
"I liked how friendly and helpful all of the staff was from the parking garage, the lobby, and to all of the places within the hotel. The hotel is connected to the KFC Yumm center via Skywalk, which is the reason that I was staying in Louisville. That was a super awesome perk.
The downfalls.. The bed looked like it was quickly made and very sloppy. The halls were filled with the staff that cleans the rooms, two hours after check-in time. There were crumbs all over the floor beside the bed like it...
"The decor of the building was awesome. The rooms have character, and were very tastefully decorated. It was very clean and welcoming. The people were friendly and accommodating. I definitely would recommend the Grady. The only drawback is no onsite parking. "
