"The first room we got was right above the pool and smelled horribly of chlorine and cleaner. We asked for another room and were told they didn’t have any but were eventually given another room. The hot tub jets did not work and there were no towels. Their pancake maker was broken and they didn’t have bacon and sausage and gravy like they said they would. However, I feel they were short staffed. There was only one clerk and one person handling the breakfast. It was still a nice stay and the beds...

"The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The only area for improvement would be the amenities. I would love to see a complimentary self-serve coffee station available throughout the day, as I’ve experienced at many other Marriott properties. It would also be great if the hotel offer a complimentary breakfast or enhanced its current food program to provide more variety and value for...
