"The staff was lazy and not accommodating when I asked for towels I was told no and when I called the front desk they told me to go get them from downstairs. When I showed up to the front desk they didn’t have the towels at hand I had to wait for her to walk to a back room. However the property was clean and tidy."

"This is a pretty basic hotel, but it's best place to stay in Jonesboro. It's on the main highway, and Jonesboro is not large. The breakfast is pretty basic, too. But I found yogurt, so I was ok. The hotel seems a bit understaffed because the clerk at the front desk always seemed to be doing something else when I entered the lobby."
