"I was pleased with this property from the initial engagement during check-in. The process was organized and efficient with staff being responsive to our requests. Additionally, the staff provided complimentary champagne in observance

"It is a good hotel well located for the Metro.
The hotel is efficient and effective in the Milanese way.
The staff were great especially in the breakfast room.
There is an outdated charm about the place, like the room keys.
