"Can we please return to using unscented detergent for clothes and unscented cleaning products. The cleaning staff have modified their products and this will not help anyone with allergies, respiratory issues or sensitivities."

"Como sempre, é confortável, e como viajo sozinho e tenho carro para me deslocar, está ótimo. Tem um restaurante top a trás do hotel. "

"Ci siamo trovate bene con la camera. Albergo molto molto piccolo. Hall e sala per la colazione sono in pratica la stessa stanza. Avevo chiesto prima di prenotare se fosse possibile rimanere nella struttura dopo il check out fino alle 13 per lavorare da remoto e avevano detto che era possibile. Tuttavia la mattina in cui ne avevo bisogno sono stata “cacciata” alle 12 perché l albergo chiudeva. Il che mi sembra un po strano. "

"Excellent customer service and great breakfast at the hotel. The only thing to improve further is the inner condition of facility such as the main entrance door, lift, room facility, etc which seems a bit of old style. "

"The hotel is new and in great condition. I just didn’t like the fact that they put on their property details that they have an airport shuttle and I think it’s misleading. I mentioned it to them and they said they call a taxi to help customers. I reiterated that customers can call a taxi to get to the airport but to put that they have an airport shuttle is different. The only reason I booked this hotel however ended up paying more since it’s way far to the airport."
