"Beautiful small Hotel with super friendly staff and great service"

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"This was our favorite place we stayed at in Portugal. We loved the spacious room with a loft-style kitchen and king bed and large shuttered windows. Porto can get loud at night with the close buildings and narrow alleys but you can avoid this by keeping the windows closed and turning on the AC. We also loved the proximity to everything…we ended up extending our stay!"

"Everything was fine. We booked the hotel because of the location and that it had an elevator. The elevator was very small and slow, but it fit 2 of us with our luggage. We were on the top floor. The elevator did not go to that floor. We had to walk the last flight. These things did not bother us at all. If you cannot walk, make sure to get a room on a lower floor.
