"We missed a connecting flight due to weather. We arrived on the free shuttle service. Check in offered us a delicious turkey sandwich, because we hadn't eaten and it was 1:00 am. Nothing open. We missed breakfast the next morning from over sleeping and they kindly made us a to go box from the morning buffet which had closed 20 minutes before we made it down stairs. The kindness of the staff and willingness to help us out, made being stranded in Dulles not as bad. Thank you Hyatt!!!"

"We had 6 families traveled together and we all loved it. The hotel is clean and luxurious. The rooms are large and clean. The location is 5 minutes walk from Metro. Restaurants and Walmart are also walking distance. Staff are professional and courteous. Thank you."
