"Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

"Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on."

"The hotel and room were not kept up well. It looks like they havent updated anything in 30 years.The A/C worked fine. I didn't eat breakfast. It's criminal to call what they had a gym. It's literally the worst hotel gym ever. The pool closes at 8pm. Boo. The family that owns the place was nice, but they treated the lobby like their own living room. Barefoot, feet on the table, etc. Not very clean and definitely unprofessional. I hate to leave a bad review, but I would not recommend this place."

"The overall condition of the building an amenities just felt run down and outdated. No option for queen beds so my husband and i had to share a double which was definitely not ideal and wasnt comfortable. There was trash in the can when we checked in, no toiletries provided at all. Not many channel options, paid extra for a balcony and the furniture was janky and outdated and the carpet was old and stained. I stayed at this property about 7 years ago and it has definitely (unfortunately) gone...

"Very friendly staff. Always pleasant when approached with a question. Dining area clean and inviting. Indoor pool clean and well maintained. Housekeep cleaned rooms very thoroughly. Making a welcoming impression when we returned from our daily activities. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."
