One day the hottub was cold because they accidentally turned it down too much. Food was good, server and bartender were great."

"It's a nice hotel in terms of cleanliness and location for walking around the district. Staff was great! Note: the park across the street was sketchy with homeless and mentally challenged folks wandering around the park (including the kid's playground). However, unless you ok to risk having your car tampered with, parking on the street (limited parking available), then the only other option is to use the Hotel's overnight parking valet. This will cost you $55 per night. This is an absurd fee,...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"We chose this hotel for its convenient location within walking distance of a concert hall, restaurants, and shops, and importantly, for its self-parking option. Self-parking in downtown is surprisingly hard to find, so that was a big plus. The hotel is older and on the smaller side, but well maintained. The one area that could use more attention is the edges of the walls and glass doors in the bathroom, which needed a more thorough cleaning. One unexpected surprise: there is no in-room coffee...
