"The hotel in general was clean but our room needs some renovation. Walls need to be repainted and air conditioning needs some upgrade as well. The pool area is always clean specially in the morning. Parking fee is too high as you need to pay $50/per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay here as the place is also closer to lots of places like 10mins away from walk of fame and less than 15mins away to Universal studios."

"It was very clean and all the staff were friendly, but only one elevator was working, so the wait to go up or down could be long. I didn't think the $10 per night parking fee was fair, since I never saw any security, I stayed for three nights, so paying for it didn't make sense."

"This is the perfect hotel when going to Universal Studios. It's walking distance, but there is also a shuttle. My only complaint would be the lack of staff helping at the check-in desk. We stood there for a very long time before we had assistance and there appeared to only be one person working, who seemed overwhelmed, at least that was my thought by her attitude and lack of greeting."
