"Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...

"When we went to have breakfast at 8 there was no eggs and only a couple of sausages. The orange juice was watery. Not impressed with breakfast. We had to ask at the service desk info about breakfast times..."

"No continental breakfast but have a breakfast room. Had hairs in bath tub 1st room had a smell of urine had to switch rooms . Had to hold tub faucet Handel crooked to get water to turn on. Had people in n out of rooms with doors slamming shut till after 2am. Our bed looked as if it was never changed for linen from last guests crumbs in the bed dirt streaks on pillow cases the a/c was so loud we could not stand to keep it on a big chunk of the front of it was missing . Had very limited channels...

"Breakfast was waffles and frozen biscuits sandwiches! No elevator and it's a 3 story building. Check in is on 2nd floor and you have several stairs to go down to get to front door. Paid for 2 queens and got 2 doubles."

"Nice and new parking lot. The check-in process was fast and friendly. Elevators were clean, hallways were clean and fresh smelling, nice rooms, love the heat and air control options (digital and in the wall not the unit). Excellent breakfast options, liked that you could use the lobby for eating, outdoor fireplace and patio for eating and relaxing, very nice pool and even more importantly the hot tub was functional and actually hot."

"This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked."

"We were traveling with 3 kiddos. Plenty of space, our room slept 6, so 5 was no issue. Loved that we had a table to sit down and eat at, as well as, a stove for cooking. It was a nice touch, and made the stay feel just like home with a vacation splash."
