I planned to sit in the lobby until the 3 o'clock check-in, but an office worker overheard me speaking on the phone, apologized for eavesdropping and said they might be able to get me into my room early, even though it was not their responsibility to check in guests. Judy was so kind and efficient and got me into my room. I was so very grateful! There was a restaurant across the parking lot, since it was cold and snowy and I couldn't walk anywhere else, and I was so thankful for that amenity too! Thank you, Country for a wonderful stay!"
