"Property and staff were great. Paid parking on arrival was a disappointment when there isn't any other way to get there. I suspect the description had it buried somewhere but I didn't think I needed to look for it. Two dogs barked below us at 7:30 pm for 45 minutes before anyone did anything about them. There is no A/C, which is understandable in the mountains. So, windows were open. This was great until people started smoking outside by the pool and the room immediately smelled like smoke."

"Love the property! This is our 3rd time there and the first time we've had any issues. The room we were in had a bed that was very uncomfortable, and at the end of our stay we realized the bed frame was broken and held together by being propped up on the wall. Over all it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and it's conveniently located right next to mainstreet so dining and shopping was within walking distance."

"Great location,Great front desk attendants (manager Melinda and the other two men were awesome!) the pool area was great and fun games for kids. They just need updated rooms. The one that we got was from 1970s and inspired by a western Indian theme that felt very dated. They could really benefit from a West Elm designer to bring the rooms into a modern mountain cabin feel. The Denver West Elm team would be more than happy to help with any design services for free!"

"The Ranahan was the perfect spot for a getaway! The property is beautiful with excellent views. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. And the property is super convenient to both Breckenridge and Dillon. Will absolutely be staying here again!"

"The hot tub was nice and hot and looked clean. The lodging is a good value for the location. My big complaint is that the carpet in my room smelled like smelly feet… very bad odor. I sprayer perfume but probably should have asked for another room. Not sure I would stay again."
