"If you're looking for something in Boys Town you could not ask for anything better, but with that comes challenges and parking and noise. There really is not parking provided but there is a parking permit available and then good luck finding parking anywhere nearby. It is a very nice facility and super clean. "We came to run the marathon for the first time in Chicago and we discovered an oasis in oak park. The location was close to the train to get into the city. The neighborhood was both historic and very walkable. A number of very good restaurants were near by. Host was excellent and very responsive to all our questions. I wish we had more time to explore."

"They room was very nice. Clean with upgrades and decorated with ferrier decor, very clever. We enjoyed the deck and the view. We also walked on the drive back to the River house. It was getting late so we did not walk the trails, but we saw deer and one fearless fawn! We decided when we come back, we will try the River house, since it is in the woods and we would be more likely to walk the trails. Our only complaint is the room was cold and we did no figure out how to raise the temperature....
