"Molar on the bathtub property up by the girls girls didn't work room wasn't what we expected it to be there was a ladder when we walked in the walkway there was a tall ladder part of the tiles were down in the main lobby breakfast had a lot to be desired we stayed there before we had a living room this time we just had two beds and a TV and a little portable refrigerator instead of a full size refrigerator it was all just a joke there was no shampoo in the bathroom won't be staying there again"

"A/c in my room didn’t work. Asked to change rooms and was told they couldn’t and they’d have maintenance fix the a/c which they didn’t "

"I had bugs in my room. Took pictures of the bugs, the bites and redness caused by the bugs. Front desk staff didn’t believe me and said since I prepaid they could not discount my stay. That a manager will reach out to me. I also told them during my stay housekeeping never came to my room. "

"This facility is heavily under construction. Hallways have plastic taped on walls, elevators are totally scratched, main reception desk moved to a horribly ugly back area. I was asked at checkin if I'd been there before. "No." No explanation as to the sad appearance of place. I was never asked if I was an alumna of SMC or of ND. I went to SMC '81. I was put on a floor with ND wallpaper (with old football teams, leprachaun mascot, and ND symbol) and ND tartan plaid and blue gold color scheme throughout.I was offended. I was staying on SMC's campus at the Inn at St. Mary's, and yet I had to sleep in this kind of set up. After returning from my evening meeting I decided to look at other floors. Turns out 1st and 3rd floors are devoted to ND and only the second floor is SMC--with wall paper and color schemes reflecting that school. My room looked out on a playground for kids made to look like a football field. I was offended on all levels. Not to mention the breakfast was the saddest excuse I'd ever seen. Truly not worth the money."
