"The Inn was nice the only complaint I have was I booked this hotel because it stated it had an airport shuttle but neither Expedia nor the hotels actual website stated limited hours so we were forced to pay a $30 cab fee. I would not booked the hotel if I knew that the airport shuttle was limited hours and what was worse was the clerk didn't seem to be bothered by the inconvenience and extra cost."

"Everything was good except for the service during breakfast. The waiter took our order, came back about a half hour later and asked if we were ready to pay our bill. Never bought any food. We just left without eating."

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel was extremely clean. Each time I left the room, someone was mopping and cleaning! The bed was so comfortable; I slept like I was at home! All the staff were friendly. I don't eat breakfast early, but the coffee was good! We would definitely stay there again."

"Our room at the Furness Mansion was spotlessly clean, tricked out with everything we could imagine needing for small meals (fridge, coffee pot, coffee, a few plates/bowls/utensils), a bidet!, well-appointed bathroom and shower, and comfy beds and linens. We loved being close to the Dunes National Park. A lovely place to stay for an evening or two."
